There is an indicator light on the PLC controller in the control box of the color steel tile pressing machine. Normally, it should display: POWER green light is on, RUN green light is on
  .IN: input instruction,
0 1 light flashes frequently when the counter is rotating, 2 lights are on in the automatic state, 3 lights are on in the manual state, 6 lights are on when the knife is lowered and touch the limit switch, and 7 lights are on when the knife is raised and touched the limit switch. When the automatic is turned on, 7 lights must be on before it can run. The lights 2 and 3 cannot be on at the same time. When they are on at the same time, it means that the automatic switch is broken or short-circuited. The 6 and 7 lights cannot be on at the same time, and they are on at the same time: 1. The travel switch is wrongly connected, 2. The travel switch is broken; 3. X6 and X7 are short-circuited.
  A: Manual can work, automatic can’t work
reason:
  1 The number of cut sheets is greater than or equal to the set number of sheets
  2 The number of sheets or the length is not set
  3 The automatic switch button is damaged
  4 The cutter does not rise and touches the limit switch. Or touch the limit switch, but there is no signal, and the 7 light of the input terminal is not on
Approach:
  1 Clear the current number of sheets {press the ALM key}.
  2 When the automatic switch is in the open position, the IN terminal 2 lights on the PLC are not on {can be replaced by any brand of LAY3 series knob}
  3 The limit switch is broken or the line from the limit switch to the electric box is broken.
  4 When none of the above reasons exists, check: set the number of sheets and length, clear the current length, raise the cutter to the upper limit, lighten the PLC input terminal 7, turn on the automatic switch, and check whether the line voltage is normal according to the drawing
  B: Neither manual nor automatic works. The display does not show:
reason:
  1 The power supply is abnormal. When the voltmeter shows below 150V, the working voltage cannot be reached, and the electric cabinet cannot be started
  2 Fuse blown
Approach:
  1 Check whether the three-phase power input is 380V, and check whether the neutral wire is connected properly.
  2 Replace and check whether the solenoid valve wire is damaged. {Fuse Type 6A}
  C: Manual and automatic do not work, the voltmeter shows below 200V, and the display shows
reason:
  Neutral wire open circuit
Approach:
  Check the external neutral wire of the computer
  D: Just unscrew the automatic cutter and go straight up (or down)
reason:
  1 The upper limit switch is broken.
  2 Solenoid valve stuck
Approach:
  1 Check the travel switch and the connection from the travel switch to the electric box
  2 Turn off the oil pump, and push the manual reset pin of the solenoid valve back and forth from both ends of the solenoid valve with a screwdriver. until you feel elastic.
  3 If the solenoid valve is often stuck, the oil should be changed and the solenoid valve should be cleaned.
  ﹡When the solenoid valve is stuck, push it from the shallow end to the other end first, then back and forth from both ends, and move it a bit
  E: When manual or automatic, the indicator light of the solenoid valve is on but the cutter does not move:
reason:
  Solenoid valve stuck or damaged.
  There is less oil in the mailbox
Approach:
  1 Replace or clean the solenoid valve
  2 Add hydraulic oil
  F: manual does not work, automatic work
reason:
  Manual button broken
Approach:
  Replace button
  G: The POWER light on the PLC flashes slowly
reason:
  1. The fuse is blown
  2. The counter is damaged
  3, 24V+ or 24V- The weak current and the strong current are incorrectly connected.
  4 There is a problem with the control transformer
Approach:
  1 Replace the fuse
  2 change counter
  3 Check the wiring according to the drawings
  4 Change the transformer
  H: After power on, press the oil pump to start, and the power switch trips
reason:
  1 The live wire and neutral wire of the power supply are not connected by three 4-wire wires, and the neutral wire is taken elsewhere separately
  2 The power supply is three items and four wires, but it is controlled by a leakage protector
Approach:
  The power supply is controlled by a three-phase four-wire circuit breaker.
   The leakage protector is sensitive to the leakage current, and the protector will trip as soon as the electric cabinet is started. Replace the leakage protector with an open circuit breaker, or replace the leakage protector with a large allowable leakage current and a slightly longer response time.
  I: After the power is turned on, start the solenoid valve, and the fuse will be broken
reason:
  Solenoid valve coil short circuit
Approach:
  Replace solenoid valve coil.
  J: The knife does not move up and down
reason:
  1 Limit switch signal lights 6 and 7 are on
  2 The solenoid valve light is on, but the knife does not move
Approach:
  1, check limit switch
  2. The solenoid valve is faulty, blocked, stuck, lacking oil, or damaged. Replace or clean the solenoid valve
  K: How to deal with inaccurate dimensions:
  The size is inaccurate: first check whether the pulse number of the encoder described in the fourth part above matches the setting of the electric box, and then check as follows:
   Check whether the current length of the display is consistent with the actual length when the machine stops
   Consistent: This situation is generally the actual length > set length,
  The inertia of the machine is large. Solution: Use compensation to subtract or use the above
  Introduced outer wheel coefficient adjustment. There are frequency converter models that can properly lengthen the deceleration distance.
   Does not match: check whether the current length matches the set length
  Conformity: Actual length > set length, error greater than 10MM, this situation is generally caused by loose encoder wheel installation, check carefully, and then reinforce the encoder wheel and bracket. If the error is less than 10mm, there is no inverter model. If the equipment is old, installing an inverter will solve the inaccurate phenomenon. If there is an inverter model, you can increase the deceleration distance and check the encoder installation.
Inconsistency: The set length, current length, and actual length are all different and irregular. Check whether there are electric welding machines, signal transmitting, and receiving equipment on site. If not, it is possible that the encoder is broken or the PLC is broken. Contact the manufacturer.
   Matters needing attention when operating color steel tile press equipment
  1 Pay attention to safety when working with live equipment.
  2 Do not put hands or foreign objects into the knife edge at any time.
  3 The electrical cabinet should be protected from rain and sun; the counter should not be hit by hard objects; the wire should not be broken by the board.
  4 Lubricating oil is often added to the active parts of the mechanical cooperation.
  5 Cut off the power when inserting or unplugging the aviation plug
